This is a privately owned reference service with no government, sheriff, jail, or corrections affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides an FCRA-covered service. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Service Description
The service points visitors toward official Dickinson County and Michigan record resources and outside research tools. It stores no official record, cannot certify custody, cannot release a person, and cannot file documents with a public office.
Acceptable Use
Use the service lawfully and with respect for others.
- Do not break the law or threaten, stalk, or harass anyone.
- Do not seek unauthorized access to any system.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or similar automated collection tools.
- Do not interfere with availability for other visitors.
- Do not use material for a prohibited screening purpose.
FCRA Restriction
The service and its partners do not provide background reports, credit reports, or consumer reports. You agree not to use any information for hiring or firing, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, benefits eligibility, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff, court, corrections, legal-aid, booking, and outside search services. Those providers control their own content, data practices, terms, and uptime. A link is not an endorsement.
No Warranties
The service is offered as is. We do not warrant that material is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that an outside search result is thorough. Custody and public records may change quickly, and no page here is an official statement from a government agency.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the service. You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims connected to your use or violation of these terms, including reasonable legal fees.
Ownership and Access
Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Dickinson County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. Access may be limited or ended at any time without notice.
Michigan Law
These terms are governed by Michigan law. A dispute must be brought in a court within Michigan. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision will be adjusted only as necessary.
Changes and Questions
These terms may change when posted. Questions can be sent through Get in Touch.
